AI built to protect children. Built by humans who refuse to look away.
450,000 children go missing in America every year. 57,000 more sit unidentified in CSAM evidence databases. 17,500 police departments are investigating child crimes with no specialized tooling. The people working to find them are extraordinary. The tools they have are not. Lighthouse is 11 AI-native platforms built to change that.
The infrastructure layer child protection doesn't have.
The organizations doing this work are extraordinary. The systems they work inside are not. Case workers manage impossible caseloads with generic software. Investigators chase leads through Excel. Hotlines route calls to the wrong jurisdiction. Reports arrive with no data to act on. The technology to do better exists — behavioral pattern detection, cross-platform identity crosswalks, AI age-progression, real-time case intelligence. None of it is deployed because no one has built the infrastructure that makes it deployable at scale, with the governance safeguards this work demands. Lighthouse is that layer.
Sentinel for Parents
On-device AI that detects grooming tactics across Discord, Snap, iMessage, Roblox, and gaming voice. Not keywords — the full tactical sequence predators use over weeks. Parents see flagged patterns, not every message.
Find OS
A child is reported missing. Within 60 minutes, Find OS runs photo matches, handle crosswalks, AI age-progression, and geolocation analysis across adult-service sites — and delivers a prioritized lead list to the investigator.
Beacon OS
Children are listed online before their official disappearance date. Beacon cross-references CPS, foster care, and shelter youth against adult-service advertising in real time — and alerts the assigned caseworker before the system catches up.
Shield OS
17,500 police departments are investigating child crimes in Excel. Shield OS is the case management and AI dossier builder built specifically for them — tip triage, evidence chain-of-custody, federal reporting auto-generated.
Lighthouse Triage
Amazon filed 1.1 million CyberTipline reports in 2025. None were actionable. Triage is the enrichment layer — IP resolution, platform crosswalk, device fingerprinting, jurisdiction routing — that turns a raw tip into a case file.
Restore OS
Rescue is the headline. The five years after it are when survivors are most at risk. Restore OS carries the operational weight of survivor care: trauma-informed case management, identity restoration, workforce pathways, and safe home operations.
Three pillars. 11 platforms. One mission.
Every Lighthouse platform exists at one of three moments in the arc of what happens to a child — before harm, during the search, or in the years after rescue. Prevention, finding, and restoration.
Keep children from being taken.
The average grooming cycle takes 6 weeks. Predators study each child before they move. Five platforms that give families, organizations, frontline workers, and the platforms themselves the intelligence to interrupt the cycle.
- Sentinel for Parents — Grooming-pattern detection
- Youth Risk Navigator — At-risk youth network
- FrontlineOS — 17M frontline worker training
- Hosts OS — Hotel booking-pattern AI
- Continuum Protocol — Cross-platform predator ID
Bring them home when they are taken.
Every hour after a child disappears, the probability of recovery drops. Five platforms built to collapse that clock — from the moment a youth is flagged at risk to the moment an investigator has a prioritized lead in hand.
- Beacon OS — Pre-disappearance risk detection
- Find OS — Rapid-response 60-minute search
- Victim ID Workbench — 57,000 unidentified victims
- Lighthouse Triage — Raw tip enrichment
- Shield OS — Law enforcement case management
Survivor case management & safe home operations.
Rescue is the headline. What happens in the years after rarely makes the news. Restore OS gives survivor-serving organizations the infrastructure they deserve — from day one through independence.
- Restore OS — Complete survivor operations platform
- Trauma-informed case management
- Identity restoration workflows
- Safe home operations backbone
- Free for under-resourced organizations
The data is there. The tools are not.
The technology to do this work better exists. Behavioral pattern detection, cross-platform identity crosswalks, AI age-progression, real-time case intelligence — none of this is science fiction. It is not deployed because no one has built the infrastructure layer that makes it deployable at scale, with the governance safeguards that work this sensitive demands.
The infrastructure gap
- 17,500 police departments investigating child crimes with no specialized tooling — Excel and generic records management systems
- 1.1 million CyberTipline reports filed in 2025. None actionable because the underlying systems weren't built to capture location or suspect data
- Children listed on adult-service sites before their official missing-person report is filed — and no system to catch that signal
- 57,000 child victims in CSAM databases who have never been identified — because no analyst-assist platform exists to do the work
- Grooming cycles take 6 weeks. Parents have no AI-native tool that detects the pattern, not the keyword
- Survivor-serving organizations running safe homes on disconnected spreadsheets and general-purpose CRMs built for B2B sales teams
11 platforms that fill the gap
- Shield OS: case management and AI dossier building built specifically for child-crimes investigators — tip triage, evidence chain, federal reporting auto-generated
- Triage: the enrichment layer that transforms a raw CyberTipline report into a structured, actionable case file with jurisdiction routing in minutes
- Beacon OS: real-time cross-referencing of CPS and shelter youth against adult-service advertising — detecting risk before disappearance
- Victim ID Workbench: secure analyst-assist platform for credentialed ICAC investigators, organized for the work of identifying the 57,000
- Sentinel: grooming-tactic detection (not keyword filtering) across Discord, Snap, iMessage, Roblox — alerts parents to the pattern in week one
- Restore OS: the complete operational backbone for survivor-serving safe homes — resident lifecycle, case management, identity restoration, workforce pathways
A crisis hiding in plain sight.
Three entities. One mission.
Child protection requires a commercial company, a nonprofit foundation, and an open protocol — not because it's complicated, but because each of those things is genuinely necessary, and none of them can do the others' jobs.
Delaware C-Corp
Builds and operates the commercial SaaS suite. Raises venture capital. Revenue from Sentinel for Parents, FrontlineOS, Hosts OS, Beacon OS, and Shield OS — platforms with employer, government, and consumer buyers. Commercial returns and mission are not opposites.
501(c)(3) — Filing in process
Operates the platforms where nonprofit funding fits better than commercial: Victim ID Workbench, Restore OS, Youth Risk Navigator (nonprofit deployments), FrontlineOS (worker free tier). Independent governance board. Annual public impact report, without redaction.
Open Standard — Phase 3 · 2028+
A GIFCT-style cross-platform predator intelligence sharing consortium. Platforms contribute hashed behavioral fingerprints into a governed encrypted vault. Match signals — not underlying data — return on new account creation. Requires Phase 1 and 2 credibility to launch.
Five hard commitments. Not aspirational values.
The history of technology deployed against social problems is full of tools that became something other than what they promised. These refusals are operational constraints — things Lighthouse commits, as a company, to never do. They exist so that anyone evaluating this platform can hold us accountable to them.
Three phases. Trust before scale.
Trust + Pilots · Q4 2026
FrontlineOS soft launch, Sentinel and Youth Risk Navigator pilots with schools and youth orgs, foundation 501(c)(3) filing, board recruitment. Credibility before scale.
Specialized Finding · 2027
All five FIND platforms in active deployment. Beacon OS in county CPS. Find OS with NCPTF. Victim ID Workbench with TTF. Lighthouse Triage with ICAC. Shield OS with first police departments.
National Scale · 2028+
State-level CPS contracts. Continuum Protocol consortium launch with Discord, Roblox, Snap as founding members. Sentinel B2C consumer launch. The Protocol becomes open standard and industry infrastructure.
Phase 1 pilots are open. 3–5 partners per platform.
Pilot Partners
Schools, youth organizations, hospitality operators, and frontline employers who want to deploy Phase 1 platforms before general availability. No cost during pilots. We are looking for organizations who will help shape the platform for real-world conditions.
Institutional Backing
Mission-aligned investors, foundation grants, and corporate philanthropy who understand the difference between a product and a movement. Phase 1 is pre-revenue by design — credibility before commercialization. The investors who back this early are building something that matters.
Domain Expertise
Child welfare practitioners, trauma specialists, ICAC investigators, and human trafficking researchers who can validate platform design before it reaches production. We refuse to ship without this. Advisory board seats are open. The work requires the people who know it firsthand.
The technology exists.
The infrastructure does not.
We are building it.
If you are in this work — law enforcement, child welfare, a foundation, a platform trust-and-safety team, or an investor who cares what their capital builds — we want to hear from you.
