"At 32, I've lived more than most people do in a lifetime — the highs and the lows in equal measure."
I've been part of startups that took me around the world. I've watched years of hard work turn into acquisitions and felt what it means to build something real alongside extraordinary people. I know what it feels like to win.
I also know what it feels like to lose everything.
I've been homeless on the streets of San Francisco. I was a national missing person. I battled addiction for over a decade — and it eventually took me to prison. I was someone the world had written off, including, for a long time, myself.
I wouldn't change any of it.
Not the mistakes. Not the loss. Not the pain. Every piece of it built me into who I am today.
God gave me a second chance. He gave me sobriety. He guided my sister as she searched the streets of San Francisco until she found me. He walked me through detox, through rehab, and out the other side — and then gave me something I didn't expect: the chance to create again.
That's why TwinFlame exists. ReimburseIQ was born from years inside healthcare startups — watching independent clinics negotiate blind against billion-dollar payers and leave money on the table they desperately needed. ReForgeHQ was born from everything else — from knowing firsthand that the most driven, most resilient, most capable builders are often the ones the system never gave a real pathway to.
If this platform gives one person the structure, the tools, and the opportunity to rebuild — the way I was given the chance to rebuild — then it was worth building. That's not a mission statement. That's why I get up every morning.
Enter complex or overlooked markets
Identify structural inefficiencies others accept as normal — then build systems that unlock rapid adoption for the people who need clarity most.
Build automation-driven distribution
Design outreach and onboarding that scales without enterprise headcount on day one. Distribution is product, not an afterthought.
Turn unconventional insight into execution
Real-world experience in messy markets translates into products that work the way operators actually think — not the way consultants imagine they do.
A pattern of building systems that scale.
Across every role, one consistent thread: identify the growth lever, build the system around it, and execute until the numbers move.
Helped build a garage startup to a $127M acquisition
Built automation-first outreach systems, leveraged distributed rep networks across the plastic surgery market, and introduced ecommerce-driven recurring orders that accelerated both adoption and revenue per account. Was part of the team that drove growth from early-stage to a successful acquisition.
Scaled infrastructure for 25–45 startups simultaneously
Early operator inside a startup incubator supporting a large portfolio simultaneously. Helped founders move from concept to operational businesses, implemented growth infrastructure and CRM ecosystems, connected startups with investor networks, and scaled the internal specialist team to 15 people.
Led US launch for a German technology company
Designed automation-driven outreach strategies from scratch, built and managed inside sales teams, and expanded market presence across the US and Europe. Took a product with no US footprint to active revenue and a functioning sales operation.
Built growth systems for mental health private practices
Created a platform helping mental health professionals launch scalable private practices: branding and positioning, funnel architecture, automation-based client acquisition, and operational infrastructure designed for sustainable growth aligned with practitioner values.
10x'd demo bookings — then built the team around it
Rebuilt the outbound strategy from the ground up, increasing qualified demo bookings from 12 per month to 120+ and earning a promotion to team leadership while maintaining top individual performance. The system, not just the hustle, drove the numbers.
"The strongest builders are often the ones who rebuilt themselves first."
TwinFlame exists to prove that the next generation of exceptional operators will come from unexpected places — and to build the platforms that make that possible.
